Instructions:

  • The first step is to obtain a semi-erection (20-30%).

  • Using your hand, grip around the head of the penis tightly.

  • Put the free hand at the base of your penis and use three fingers to push the place between your anus and your scrotum.

  • With the grip hand pull the penis right in front of you, feeling it stretch at the base and middle. Keep stretching for about 30 minutes and repeat the procedure for 5-10 more times.

  • Use the thumb to massage the penis head till it becomes fully erect and circle the base of the penis with the other hand.

  • Slide the base hand forward an inch to push blood deeper into the penis head.

  • Pull the penis to your left and do a rotating motion clockwise and counter-clockwise for about 36 times.

  • Repeat step 7 this time pulling to the right.

  • Gently slap your penis against the legs for 36 times.

  • Perform this exercise for about 10-30 minutes.
Make sure that you don't apply any pressure to the dorsal nerve (the thin nerve that runs along the tip of your penis).
