Instructions:

  • This exercise uses blood to help in developing the girth of the penis, just like the Jelq.

  • Put one hand at the base on your penis. Keep the grip tight to make sure that the blood doesn't escape the pelvic area.

  • Take the free hand and form an "OK" sign with your thumb and forefinger. Now press down the middle of the shaft, applying pressure up and down the shaft.

  • Press for one second in three or four places on the shaft. Make sure that you press hard enough, but not too hard to harm yourself.

  • Start applying pressure on the sides of the penis just as you did before.

  • You should repeat at least 10 times in each direction.
Instead of "milking" the blood down the penis, you push the blood on the sidewalls, forcing them to expand.
