Instructions:

  • Sitt down and with your back straight. Now form a grip on your penis and start stroking it gently till you obtain a solid erection. Apply pressure only when you stroke towards the penis head and release the pressure as you stroke back.

  • Move your hand back to the base of the penis and hold it there. Contained blood in the penis will cause it to stretch gradually.

  • Put a tug on your penis, right under the penis head.

  • Start pulling it left, right and then straight forward in a continuous clockwise manner. Make a total of 9 stretches in each direction.

  • Repeat step 4, this time changing direction into counter-clockwise.

  • Now release the pressure hand at the base of the penis and start to gently stroke yourself as you did at the beginning of this exercise.

  • Shake your penis and loosen the skin to prevent soreness.
Do not apply any lubrication. It is best to be perfectly dry in order to be able to get a good grip of the penis.
