Instructions:

  • The first thing you have to do is to obtain a rock-hard erection.

  • Place your palm over your penis, facing the floor and slowly pushing down.

  • Go down as far as you can comfortably stand, but not further that parallel to the floor.

  • When you reach the maximum position, keep it still and flex your PC muscle. Don't push down further than the original position.

  • Perform a strong contraction of the PC muscle and hold it for 10 seconds.

  • Now release the contraction slowly and allow your penis to rise back by lifting your pressure hand.

  • Another way to perform this exercise is to use a towel instead of the pressure hand.
Take brakes between exercises sessions. A recovery time is recommended.
