Instructions:

  • You should lubricate your hands and your penis and obtain a semi-erection.

  • Make an "OK" sign/circle with your thumb and your index finger and grip tightly around the base of your penis.

  • Using your thumb and index finger as describe above, start milking from the base of the penis to the head. As you do so, you will notice the head of the penis expanding with blood.

  • Once you reach the penis head HOLD that position for 10 seconds.

  • Form a similar "OK" sign with the other hand and grip around the base of the penis as you did before.

  • Alternatively milk your penis with both hands, HOLDING the grip when you get to the end and squeezing upon every part of your penis, except its very top part.

  • Practice the same movements for up to 10 minutes, but no more.
This exercise is suitable for those who want bigger Glans (penis head or mushroom). It also strengthens it amd makes it both longer and thicker while in erect or flaccid state.
