Instructions:

  • The first step is to obtain a semi-erection (20-30%).

  • Grip around the head of the penis tightly with your hand. Make sure that your grip is moderate.

  • Pull the penis right in front of you, feeling it stretch at the base and middle. Keep stretching for about 15-30 seconds and repeat the procedure for 3-4 more times.

  • Release the grip at the head of the penis and massage gently to restore circulation.

  • Repeat steps 1-4, this time pulling to the far right.

  • Repeat steps 1-4, this time pulling to the far left.

  • Repeat steps 1-4, this time pulling upwards.

  • Repeat steps 1-4, this time pulling downwards.

  • Perform this exercise routine for up to 10-30 minutes.
For best results combine the Stretching exercises with the Jelquing method.
