Instructions:

  • This exercise gives you both the benefits of the normal stretching exercises and also improves the functionality of your testicles.

  • Place one hand around your testicles and the other around the penis. Pull your penis up and your testicles in the opposite direction. Stretch for about 20 seconds then release and take a break for 10 seconds.

  • Repeat step one, this time pulling your penis to the right and your testicles to the left. Rest for 10 seconds.

  • Repeat step one, time pulling your penis to the left and your testicles to the right. Rest for 10 seconds.

  • Repeat step one, this time pulling your penis down and your testicles up. Rest for 10 seconds.

  • You should perform this exercise for at least 5-10 minutes. You can perform it for even a longer period of time at your discretion.
Make sure that you don't pull too hard to prevent any injury. No pain or discomfort should ever be felt during this or any exercise.
