Instructions:

  • You should grab at the base of your penis with your index finger and thumb moving UP squeezing the blood and stopping at the head.

  • You hold it for a little, then take the same hand and start at the base again, move up, hold it at the head for a little, and repeat.

  • This exercise it's a modified version of "Jelq".

  • "R" recommends doing it dry. Also notice that you should milk up, not down.

  • If you want thickness, milk while you're almost (but not quite) fully erect; and if you want length, you should milk while flaccid.

  • You should performe this routine for about an hour (sometimes more) a day, 4 to 5 times a week.
This exercise is simplicity itself, but very effective! This exercise can be performed as a part of your warm up, cool down, or by itself as your main girth exercise. This exercise is also a fairly good length exercise, too.
