Instructions:

  • This is a very simple exercise and it's perfect if performed after "The Squeeze."

  • In a standing position, grab your penis (thumbside up) and pull it straight down (pointing it towards the floor.)

  • With tension still on your penis, proceed to pull your penis to the left and then to the right.

  • This counts as 1 rep. They're quick to do, and I recommend doing up to 1,000 (advanced), resting a bit after every 100 reps
This exercise is simple, yet effective. It stretches all of the ligaments attaching the penis to the pubis.
