Instructions:

  • The first step is to obtain a strong erection.

  • Put one hand at the base of the penis. Don't use any lubrication.

  • Now slide and pull the foreskin from the base towards the penis head and even passed it if possible.

  • When reaching the maximum stretch of your skin, hold that position till your erection softens.

  • Relax for about 10-15 seconds.

  • Obtain another erection and repeat steps 1-5 as described above for 5-20 more times.
