Instructions:

  • The first step is to obtain a semi-erection (20-30%).

  • Grip around the head of the penis tightly with your hand.

  • Place the other hand over the grip hand. You now have obtained a very tight grip.

  • Pull the penis right in front of you, feeling it stretch at the base and middle. Stretch for about 30 seconds and repeat for 5-10 more times.

  • Now release the grip at the head of the penis and massage gently to restore circulation. Slap your penis against your leg for about 50 times or massage to restore circulation and then rest for a minute.

  • Repeat steps 1-4, this time pulling to the far right.

  • Repeat steps 1-4, this time pulling to the far left.

  • Repeat steps 1-4, this time pulling upwards.

  • Repeat steps 1-4, this time pulling downwards.

  • You should perform this exercise up to 10-30 minutes.
Make sure that your grip is moderate. You wouldn't want to feel discomfort or cut off too much blood circulation.
